美国ITC发布对健身设备、流组件及其下游系统的337部分终裁

　　2023年3月8日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定健身设备、流组件及其下游系统（Certain Fitness Devices, Streaming Components Thereof, and Systems Containing Same，调查编码：337-TA-1265）作出337部分终裁：本案存在侵权，对部分列名被告发布普遍排除令和禁止令，终止调查。

　　2021年5月13日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定健身设备、流组件及其下游系统（Certain Fitness Devices, Streaming Components Thereof, and Systems Containing Same）启动337调查（调查编码：337-TA-1265）。

　　2021年4月13日，美国Dish DBS Corporation of Englewood, Colorado、美国Dish Technologies L.L.C. of Englewood, Colorado、美国Sling TV L.L.C. of Englewood, Colorado向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品侵犯了其专利权（美国注册专利号9,407,564、10,469,554、10,469,555、10,757,156、10,951,680），请求美国ITC发布有限排除令、禁止令。

　　美国ICON Health & Fitness, Inc., of Logan, UT、美国FreeMotion Fitness, Inc., of Logan, UT、美国NordicTrack, Inc., of Logan, UT、加拿大lululemon athletica inc. of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada、美国Curiouser Products Inc. d/b/a/ MIRROR of New York, NY、美国Peloton Interactive, Inc., of New York, NY为列名被告。
