美国ITC发布对墨盒及其组件(I)的337部分终裁
2022年8月1日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定墨盒及其组件(I)（Certain Toner Supply Containers and Components Thereof(I)，337-TA-1259）作出337部分终裁：本案存在侵权，对侵权产品发布普遍排除令，对缺席被告发布禁止令，终止本案调查。
2022年4月29日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布终裁：虽然未收到本案利益相关方（parties）就公众利益提出的复审申请，但收到了来自公众一员的申请（one submission on the public interest from a member of the public），因此决定对本案裁决进行部分复审，复审针对列名被告美国Sun Data Supply, Inc., of Los Angeles, CA是否满足进口要求（importation requirement）和关于美国国内产业经济地位的初裁，其它裁决不复审。本案预计发布普遍排除令和禁止令，利益相关方可于2022年5月13日之前提交书面材料，回复于2022年5月20日之前提交。
