2022年6月21日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定具有纳米结构的硅光伏电池片和组件及其下游产品（Certain Crystalline Silicon Photovoltaic Cells and Modules with Nanostructures, and Products Containing the Same，调查编码：337-TA-1271）作出337部分终裁：对本案行政法官于2022年5月31日作出的初裁（No.12）不予复审，即基于申请方撤回，部分终止本案调查，包括对美国注册专利号10269995全部权利要求，8450599第17、25项权利要求，8852981第1、2、26项权利要求，9601640第14、16-18项权利要求，9768331第2、10项权利要求的调查。
