On the morning of Aug 23, Director-General Ma Minglong met with a visiting group led by Andrew Miles, Chief Executive of Sam’s Club in China, and on behalf Jiangsu Department of Commerce signed the MOU with Walmart China. Deputy Inspector Yu Bingying attended the meeting too.
