美国ITC欲对光盘启动器进行337调查 联想集团涉案

　　2013年9月3日，Optical Devices, LLC公司向美国国际贸易委员会(ITC)提出申请，要求对美国进口以及美国国内市场销售的部分光盘启动器及其同类产品(Certain Optical Disc Drives, Components Thereof, and Products Containing the Same)启动337调查，并发布有限排除令和禁止令。

　　申诉方建议将下列企业作为本案的强制应诉方：(1)联想集团香港公司(Lenovo Group Ltd., Hong Kong)，(2)联想(美国)公司(Lenovo (United States) Inc., Morrisville, NC)，(3)韩国LG电子公司(LG Electronics, Inc., South Korea)，(4)LG电子美国公司(LG Electronics U.S.A., Inc., Englewood Cliffs, NJ)，(5)日本任天堂有限公司(Nintendo Co., Ltd., Japan)，(6)任天堂美国公司(Nintendo of America, Inc., Redmond, WA)，(7)日本松下公司(Panasonic Corp., Japan)，(8)松下北美公司(Panasonic Corporation of North America, Secaucus, NJ)，(9)韩国三星电子公司(Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd, South Korea)，(10)三星电子美国公司(Samsung Electronics America, Inc., Ridgefield Park, NJ)，(11)日本东芝公司(Toshiba Corporation, Japan)，(12)东芝美国信息系统公司(Toshiba America Information Systems, Inc., Irvine, CA)，(13)台湾联发科技有限公司(MediaTek, Inc., Taiwan)，(14)联发科技美国公司(MediaTek USA Inc., San Jose, CA)。
